Me siento bendecida y feliz de compartirles que mi obra de Pingüinos formó parte de la subasta anual de la Fundación Make-A-Wish de las regiones de Greater Pennsylvania y West Virginia. El pingüino fue elegido como símbolo debido al cariño especial que se le tiene en Pittsburgh, ciudad donde se llevó a cabo el evento.

La subasta fue todo un éxito, recaudando más de $90,000 dólares destinados a cumplir los deseos de niños con enfermedades críticas. Esta suma significativa contribuirá a brindar esperanza y alegría a muchos pequeños y sus familias.

La Fundación Make-A-Wish, establecida en 1980, tiene la misión de crear experiencias que cambian la vida de los niños en estos duros momentos.

Greater Pennsylvania y West Virginia atiende a 57 condados con sede en Pittsburgh y oficinas regionales en diversas localidades. Su compromiso ha hecho posible la realización de muchísimos deseos, gracias al apoyo de donantes, voluntarios y la comunidad en general.

Participar en esta subasta ha sido una experiencia increíble, y me siento honrada de haber contribuido a una causa tan noble. Espero seguir colaborando con la Fundación Make-A-Wish en futuras iniciativas que lleven alegría y esperanza a quienes más lo necesitan. 🤍

I’m thrilled to share that my penguins were part of the annual auction hosted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia chapter. The penguin was chosen as a symbol due to its special connection to Pittsburgh, the city where the event took place.

The auction was a huge success, raising over $90,000 USD to grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses. This significant amount will help bring hope and joy to many kids and their families.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation, established in 1980, is dedicated to create life-changing experiences for children going through this difficult times. Through its chapters across the United States, the foundation has granted countless wishes, providing strength to children and their loved ones during challenging times.

The Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia chapter serves 57 counties across both states, with its headquarters in Pittsburgh and regional offices in other locations. Thanks to the support of donors, volunteers, and the community, they have made countless wishes come true.

Being part of this auction has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I’m honored to have contributed to such a noble cause. I look forward to continuing my collaboration with Make-A-Wish in future initiatives to bring joy and hope to those who need it most.
